Ancient Process
"Bilona" means to churn. This ancient Vedic technique has been used for thousands of years to create the purest form of ghee.
We start with fresh milk from free-grazed, grass-fed cows. These cows are treated with love and respect, raised in natural conditions on organic farms.


The milk is naturally cultured to create curd. This curd is then churned using traditional wooden churners, perform this sacred act with prayers and positive intentions.
The butter extracted is slowly heated on a low flame. As the water evaporates, pure golden ghee emerges. This process takes time and patience - there are no shortcuts.
